Testimonials
It gives me great privilege to write this character reference for Chrissy Serge.
She has been with our family for over 2 years and we’ve been amazed by her many attributes she brings to our family.
She is reliable: When she is scheduled to arrive she arrives on time. If not, she calls to let us know she’s been delayed usually due to circumstances beyond her control (like a car accident or the weather).
She is conscientious: She works hard to keep us in the loop as to the care of both of our parents. She does her work well and tries hard to do what is asked of her.
She keeps a good balance between work and home: She schedules time off during the week and weekends. She is also willing to go above and beyond in case of emergency. I haven’t once heard her complain about working too much. Instead she offers more if needed.
She advocates for her clients: Sometimes she takes off her work hat and puts on her family hat. She knows when to advocate for her client(s) and when to support the family in what they feel they need. She has helped us a lot with tough decisions we’ve had to make for health care for my parents.
She is very sensitive to financial records: Chrissy has been given a lot of freedom to purchase items for Dad during the week. She has a debit card we let her use to purchase groceries and medicines. She is always good about providing receipts and keeps financial records confidential.
She is a great teacher and educator: When Mom died in January of this year she helped us navigate the ins and outs of end of life decisions that needed to be made. She was very careful about giving guidelines and also making recommendations. Always keeping her client(s) and the family in mind as she communicated with each one.
I would highly recommend Chrissy to anyone who would need end of life care for their family.

Sincerely with all my gratitude,

Our family blessing!
Little did I know when I interviewed Chrissy Serge three years ago to help us navigate our end of life journey for my mother that she would literally become our family angel. Because of her wonderful care what was supposed to be 6 months turned in to 3 blessed years before she passed.
Chrissy laughed, cried inspired and was inspired by my Mom. She helped give her a sense of purpose and control of her life in a time where she didn’t have a lot of physical control. She brought joy to my mom and helped her share and express the faith that gave her such great comfort.
Chrissy quickly became a part of our family and helped with anything she could no matter the task. I had such comfort and trust in her when I had to be away due to work or family obligations. It gave me the peace I needed as mom’s primary caregiver. As we passed over into the final days. She helped us navigate a the sad time making all of us feel loved and giving my mom the dignity she deserved.
I believe God gives us angels that walk among us and Chrissy is one of them. Her gift of giving help and comfort to those nearing the end of life is immeasurable and inspiring. We give thanks to God every day!
